As part of ourĀ Suede30 campaign, alongside the newly-remastered editions of the #1 debut album, Demon Records will beĀ issuing Suedeās first four singles as highly collectable 7ā picture discs, reproducing the original arresting cover images on the discs.
TheĀ third releaseĀ is anotherĀ absolute classic,Ā āAnimal Nitrateā, originally released onĀ Nude RecordsĀ onĀ 22ndĀ February 1993, and to this day one of many highlights of a Suede concert. It reachedĀ number 7Ā in theĀ UK charts,Ā making it theĀ highest-charting singleĀ from the debut album.
It was aided by the bandĀ performing the song live at the Brit AwardsĀ on 16th February at Alexandra Palace, to aĀ TV audience of 9 million homes.
B-side āThe Big TimeāĀ did not appear on the āSuedeā album.
